I can only love one person at a time – just one, one, one. So you begin. I began – I picked up one person. Maybe if I didn’t pick up that one person, I wouldn’t have picked up forty-two thousand….The same thing goes for you, the same thing in your family, the same thing in your church, your community. Just begin – one, one, one.”

I believe in my heart that we need to do that same thing in our church, in our community, in our lives. Let’s all pick one person to pick up and love, then let’s see what happens. I am sure God will bless us all.

Welcome to the Clearfield Community Church Web Site

We are very pleased you have visited our Web Site today. We believe God has a great plan for your life and also our Church. Together, we can experience the joy of this discovery. Please consider becoming a part of our church family. We would love to have you!

WE BELIEVE

Christians should live with high standards befitting the high standards of our Lord—“the greatest of these is love” –I Corinthians 13

Be a born again believer in Jesus Christ who is the Lord & Savior who has been baptized according to the Biblical pattern

Study the Bible as THE trustworthy document which guides faith, practice, and lifestyle

Support the works of God through prayer, other spiritual disciplines, and personal effort and action

Practice Christian stewardship through tithing and giving time, money, and personal service to God’s work through the local church

Attend Worship regularly with the goal of attending Worship 52 weeks per year

Discern and exercise one’s own Spiritual Gifts at home, the workplace, community, & church to build up the Kingdom of God

Speak well of God’s work in one’s own life and the church

Share one’s faith in Christ with enthusiasm and passion

Work through, with gentle creativity, love, and Biblical principles, the inevitable conflicts and differences in people

Be involved in a ministry, Small Group, Christian Education class—or start one

A growing church like ours must stimulate and encourage each other to keep up the good Godly work.

Always remember Jesus “The Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” –John 1: 14

************************************************************************

5 Because you have these blessings, do your best to add these things to your lives: to your faith, add goodness; and to your goodness, add knowledge;6 and to your knowledge, add self-control; and to your self-control, add patience; and to your patience, add service for God;7 and to your service for God, add kindness for your brothers and sisters in Christ; and to this kindness, add love.8 If all these things are in you and are growing, they will help you to be useful and productive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.9 But anyone who does not have these things cannot see clearly. He is blind and has forgotten that he was made clean from his past sins. 2Peter,NCV
